These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OSEO DIGITAL website at oseo.com.au and any related tools such as the free website audit and consultation booking ("Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
The Services are operated by OSEO DIGITAL, located at 1438, 180D George Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150, Australia.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in Australia to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Website audit tool
The free website audit is provided for informational purposes. You must only submit URLs you own or have permission to analyse. Audit results are automated observations based on publicly available information and do not constitute professional, legal or investment advice.
4. Consultations and engagements
Consultations booked via Calendly are introductory. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work executed by both parties.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services to breach any law or infringe intellectual property.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the Services.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or malicious.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the OSEO website, including text, graphics, logos, the "OSEO" brand and the underlying software, is owned by OSEO or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to view the site for personal or internal business use.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Subject to non-excludable consumer guarantees, the Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSEO's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services is limited to AUD $100 or, at OSEO's election, the re-supply of the affected Service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
9. Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party sites (e.g. Calendly, Google, Perplexity). OSEO is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those sites.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
